September 4, 2009 Claysville Station 31 was dispatched at 16:44 for a mutual aid request by Canton TWP. Station 52 to a commercial structure fire. Engines and man power was requested. Station 31 went en route with an engine and rescue. Firefighters remained on scene until approx. 23:55. Additional units on scene were North Franklin 43, Taylorstown 36,  City of Washington 54, Rit team from Peters Township 64, and North Strabane 48.  and Department of Public Safety 92.

Heavy equipment was brought in to help remove smoldering materials.
